The Dial

The watches feature the bright yellow highlights prominent on the aerobatics team’s aircraft and both are presented in the iconic blacksteel case, which measures 47mm on the wrist. The onyx-black dial is decorated by the eye-catching logo of the jet team just below 12 o’clock, while on the reverse side, the caseback exhibits the flying eagle logo of the team’s American tour.
This is the same logo you’ll see on the sides of the team’s seven L-39C Albatross Czech-made twin-seat jets. A jet team show spectator would see this logo only with great difficulty, considering the jets can dive at speeds approaching 600 mph, so this watch brings the logo up close, twice.
Indeed, that logo is what makes this a unique edition of the Breitling Chronomat 44mm watch replica. Its yellow “Breitling” on the dial version of the logo (which means the brand is seen there twice) complements the yellow bezel numerals and all four yellow chronograph hands.



The orange highlights on this new Breitling Chronomat replica carry over to the inner tachymeter bezel, and to the central chronograph seconds hand and the counter pointers. These subdials include continuous seconds at 9 o’clock, a 30-minute totalizer at 3, and a 12-hour totalizer at 6. The date appears at 4:30. The hands and hour markers are matte black, as is the dial, but attractive cream-color lume makes everything easy to read day or night. The case can be fitted with either a rubber Diver Pro strap with a traditional pin buckle, or a rubber Ocean Racer strap with a folding clasp.

The Movement

The Breitling Chronomat 44 Breitling Jet Team American Tour replica, which is limited to only 500 pieces, has a 44-mm case that is water-resistant to 200 meters. It contains Breitling’s manufacture Caliber B01, a COSC-certified chronometer movement with an integrated chronograph function and a 70-hour power reserve. The Breitling Chronomat GMT Breitling Jet Team American Tour replica is even rarer, limited to just 250 pieces. It is equipped with another Breitling in-house movement, Caliber B04, which features all the attributes of the base B01 movement and adds a user-friendly dual time zone (GMT) function that is adjustable via the crown.
